ABS System Diagnosis

Check system for failure codes, access Alldata/Shopkey information systems for technical service bulletin’s or related repair information.

Brake System Check

Includes removal of 4 wheels, check and inspect master cylinder, brake lines, hoses, calipers, and wheel cylinders. Check brake pads and brake shoes thickness, and wear. Check rotors and drums for acceptable tolerance.

Front Brake Service

Remove and install front brake pads. Inspect master cylinder, brake lines, hoses, calipers, and wheel cylinders. Clean and grease all caliper and pad contact points. Install fluid and cotter-pins. Road test vehicle.

Replace Brake Calipers

Includes removal & installation of calipers. Check mountings and slides. Inspect caliper pins and grease all contact points. Bleed braking system. Road test vehicle.

Replace Front Brake Hoses

Remove & install brake hoses. Bleed brake system. Road test vehicle.

Rear Brake Service

Remove and install rear brake shoes/pads. Inspect master cylinder, brake lines, hoses, calipers/wheel cylinders. Clean and grease all contact points. Add brake fluid and adjust brakes as needed. Road test vehicle.

Replace wheel cylinders

Includes removal & installing of rear wheel cylinders. Inspect rear brake lines. Bleed & adjust brake system. Road test vehicle

Replace Master Cylinder

Remove & replace master Cylinder, includes bleeding and adjusting brake system. Road test vehicle.
