Diagnose “Crank-No Start” Condition

Check fuel system, perform circuit system check and fuel pressure test. Compare results to factor spec’s. Check ignition system, perform spark test and check related components (coil, module, plugs, cap, rotor). Check air management system, perform circuit test on battery and starter.

Replace Fuel Pump

Labor to remove and replace defective fuel pump. Includes labor to remove fuel tank to access pump. Check to see if fuel pressure is within specs.

Check Fuel Pressure

Install gauges inline to fuel system. Check system pressure, standing pressure, and idle pressure.

Ignition Wires, Distributor Cap & Ignition Rotor

Labor to remove and replace ignition wires, distributor cap and ignition rotor.

Perform “Motovac” top engine cleaning service to vehicle. Includes check fuel system pressure, measure fuel volume/flow rate, test engine vacuum pressure, leakdown pressure test (for check valve), clean fuel rail, fuel injectors, intake manifold, valve and plenum using “Motorvac” top engine solvent and “Motorvac” equipment.
