We made it home safely to Pennsylvania in 5 hrs. The car ran fine thanks to your expert repair. The alternator gauge never wavered, staying on 14 volts all the way. John, I was telling my neighbors about the wonderful service that I received on Long Island. I doubt that I would have received comparable service in my own town, where I am a regular customer. Your shop and employees were the most courteous, helpful and professional staff I have ever encountered. You should be very proud of your accomplishments. My friendship with John , Peggy and Gregor , started many years ago (too many to admit without feeling really old). Life’s challenges and hardships brought us all very close to one another, for which I am grateful and have thanked God for the best friends and “family ” that I could have ever imagined. Without the support afforded by them I am not sure I would have survived today. Professionally they are tops! I own a Plumbing & Heating business and completely rely on my service vehicle to properly do my job. My name is Allan Fernandez. I had brought my Avalon into your store to have it fixed due to some problems with the steering column. I should have written a while back, but I have been way too busy with work. I just wanted to say thank you for the service. The Avalon has been working much better since with no problems whatsoever. I do know that if I need help with my car, you are the first on my contact list. Your prices are low and reasonable compared with the other shops I have received price quotes from.
